Ewa Kapusniak is a remedial massage therapist and kinesiologist, who has also been working as a registered nurse for 27 years in the operating theatre. She is also a Reiki Master. Her diverse background helps her understand the body functions and ways to help improve general wellbeing. She has a holistic approach to her clients, in both her massage and kinesiology sessions in order to get to the root of the cause.

Ewa works to improve body and joint mobility, increase blood supply to the muscles and calm the nervous system. This also reduces anxiety and tension and helps to address issues such as muscle tightness and pain, scoliosis and sports injuries through techniques such as remedial massage, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy and myofascial release.
